Water Safety

There is a swimming pool on the premises although no child enrolled at the service will have access to the pool. The area is surrounded by a pool fence which complies with all current regulations and a copy of my swimming pool inspection form is available to see.

Children will be fully supervised when participating in any activity involving water, by me and/or another person over the age of 18 years. All water will be disposed of at the end of the activity and equipment stored so as not to collect any further water.

Water Activity Excursion

Children will not be taken on excursions around large bodies of water. I may take children to beach locations in special circumstances, although I will not allow them anywhere near the water and will always have at least 1 other person of 18 years and over with me.
