Food & Nutrition
A nutritious diet and regular fluids is vital to the health of your child. Children will be given three meals
throughout the day which cover the nutritional needs of the age group. Children will have access to water throughout the day and at
mealtimes. Mealtimes can provide positive learning experiences for children and they will be encouraged (not forced) to develop healthy
eating habits and learn about the nutritional benefits of the food they are eating.
Please let me know if your child has any specific
religious, cultural or health requirements and I will do my best to cater for these.
